Refer-a-Friend terms & conditions

– Referral program codes can only be used in the Ubigi app,

– The referee (referred to as ‘Friend’) benefits from a 20% reduction by the Referrer in the form of a unique referral code to be entered during checkout on their first purchase with Ubigi in the app only,

– The ‘Referrer’ receives a promotional code for 50% off his next purchase for the successful purchase of a Ubigi data plan by the referee with the Referrer’s unique referral code. For a definition of “successful”, please continue reading.

1. The Referrer must hold a valid Ubigi Account and have made a first purchase of a Ubigi eSIM data plan via the Ubigi app. Each Referrer has a unique referral code available in the referral section inside the Ubigi app after login.

2. The Referrer can share his unique referral code with his Friends using the sharing methods of his choice (email, social media, word of mouth…).

3. The Friend must use the unique referral code in the promo code section when they complete their first purchase in the app with Ubigi. They will automatically get 20% off any data plan at checkout, except monthly data plans.

4. A referral is validated when the Friend orders a data plan from the Ubigi app for the first time using the Referrer’s unique referral code.

5. After the Friend successfully completes their first purchase, the Referrer receive a reward in the form of a coupon code by mail, which will also be visible in the Coupons section in the Ubigi app.

6. The reward for the Referrer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-encashable. The coupon code is valid 6 months and it applies to all Ubigi products except monthly plans.

7. To redeem the reward (or coupon code), the Referrer must enter or select the coupon code at checkout when purchasing a new data plan in the Ubigi app.

8. A maximum of 20 successful referrals per referrer are eligible for this program.

9. The friend will only benefit from the program once as a referee and then must become a Referrer to obtain other rewards.
